"Federico, Your services were excellent. Without you I would not have been able to find a car to rent. The morning after my girlfriend and I flew into San Jose, the rental car arrived at Hotel Aeropuerto right on time. We then drove to Manzanillo-->Santa Elena-->San Manuel Antonio-->San Jose. The car performed well, without any problems. We loved C.R., and when we return, we will definitely seek out your services again. I have already recommended you to a friend. thanks"

My wife and I had a wonderful time in COSTA RICA, especially at the Tabacon Hot Springs resort. Our favorite activities were horseback riding and hiking. Mauricio Guzman at Latin Discoverer did a great job at coordinating our stay to be two days longer than the normally-advertised vacation.

"Federico, We are home from our trip. I'd like to thank you for booking us at Peace Lodge. It was really wonderful! The rooms and amenities are great and the gardens are just beautiful. They're building more villas, hope they don't get too big. The La Paz Waterfall Gardens are well worth the trip but don't recommend them to anyone with mobility problems. They are a real workout, going up and down so many stairs! Manuel Antonio was hot but I understand it gets alot hotter! Villas El Parque was okay. Oh well, we were happy to have a reservation at all! Thanks for your help. We'll definitely be going back to CR in a year or two!"

I dealt with Mauricio of Latin Discover to book travel and lodging reservations in Costa Rica. I emailed him several times requesting info and other services I needed for my vacation and he would send back a detailed reply often within the hour... He provided excellent service (and great prices!)... I wouldn't have to think twice about recommending him to others.

I just wanted to write and say the trip was WONDERFUL! All the transfers went smoothly and where on time. The hotels were all very nice (we didn't realize how nice they would be). I especially liked Hotel Parador and Manuel Antonio, while my mother liked Arenal. One suggestion is we cancelled the Interbus from Arenal to Monteverde and took a Jeep-boat-jeep. It was quicker and we got a boat ride in. Thank you so much for all your help! I will definitely be in contact if we are planning another trip.

Just a note to say thanks for all of your help with our honeymoon. Everything was absolutly perfect. The resort was great. We did quite a few trips from the resort which were so much fun. We appreciate all of your help! Thanks again and if we ever find ourselves in Latin America again we will surely use your services.

Laura: The trip was great. If we had to do it again, we would have spent most of our 2 weeks away from San Jose, except for a day or 2. Vouchers and vehicle worked well. Timing was important and good re: transfer to our hotel from the airport, and arrival and pick up of our 4 X4. We were cautioned about car rentals in Costa Rica, but your representative tried to be accurate and honest in dealing with us. Top Tours slowness to respond to our E mails initially when we contacted you, nearly turned us away and you nearly lost a customer. Eventually response time improved and at the end was quite satisfactory. Parador Hotel - Beautiful property, but staff was a turn off (particularly front desk) We wouldn't return Feedback negative La Condessa - Great hotel & helpful staff Positive Feedback Viragua River Hotel - Rustic but captured our hearts Positive Britannia Hotel-we wouldn't hurry back Negative Flamingo Marina Resort- Good San Gildar-Adequate; served a useful purpose Neutral feedback

Here is some feedback as requested on the holiday we went on recently. Pablo at Adobe was very helpful. we arrived quite late but he took the time to show us how to get to the hotel. He didn't get to leave work until midnight. After the long journey this was really appreciated. All the hotels were excellent and the car hire was very good.

Only suggestion here would be to get a better map. We ended up using one from our guide book. The only comment to improve thing would be to provide more information about the initial limits on the PayPal system. We would have set this up further in advance. We were very pleased with the service and your help. We would consider booking again with your company.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Tricolor and had a pleasureable experience. The latin discover website was very helpful in determining which rental car company would work best for me. Thank you for your help and I would definately recommend the service to friends planning on traveling to central and south america.

Your web sites are wonderful and exciting - spent a few hours surfing. I was surprised to find out that you have Pacific Explorer (Cruise West) on your list. We took their Costa Rica & Panama Canal tour March 2002. Had we known, we'd contact you since we thought about asking you to arrange the pre cruise tour (not enough time to do). We also did Baja, Mexico in March this year. Baja trip was amazing to have up close encounters with majestic Gray Whales, but missed the warm evening, friendly & attentive crews, professional & terrific naturalists and fabulous food of Pacific Explorer in CR. I can go on with the wonderful things about them. They are GREAT, and we loved/enjoyed every moments with them. I hope they hadn't changed. Our Ecuadorian trip was truly special, thank you for your help. It is increasingly difficult to find a suitable time for all of us to travel together due to the career and social commitments, etc. I will miss and cherish our memories of family trip to Ecuador for this reason alone. We are hoping our Peru trip will work out. And, I look forward to having an opportunity to lay my own bouquet of flowers at Carols Gardel's memorial in Buenos Aires someday.

Would like to tell you the response from the group we had over there.Punta Leona; why was it like a closed city? Everything else was very good and it seemed to be a very good and homogen group that were mixing well toghether. The driver was the best that Mr Lars has ever had over there! pls forward to the driver. I would like to take this opportunity to again say Thank You Very Much for all help and assist in this preparation. I do hope that we will get the pleasure of working toghether again.

I just want to send you many thanks for all your help, support and advice regarding our trip to Costa Rica beginning of this year. We had a great time, we loved the country and everything worked out so perferct!!! After 3 years in Mexico where never nothing works out like you imagine, it was so nice that the bus comes punctual to the hotel, that the reservations were made and the hotel had received the deposit etc. Thank you very much.
