Mauricio, Many, Many thanks for organising a great 10 day trip for us in Costa Rica. The choices that you decided for us as a family of 5 with teenage daughters were pretty spot on. They enjoyed the animals especially at the Peace Lodge were incredible. We would have enjoyed a couple more days their, if we had known how unique it was as a place. The accommodation at Playa Conchal was great too and El Establo, but unfortunately the Lodge at Arenal was uncomfortable, even though the view was incredible and the place was clean the beds were very hard!! All in all it was a great trip. The trips by van went without a hitch and the drivers from Interbus were courteous and helpful, even thought there was abit of a language barrier. I would highly recommend you to our friends, thank you again for all your help and for being super efficient. All the best, Belinda Goldring.

Sandra, first, the arrangements went smoothly. Rides arrived on time, hotel accommodations were in order, guides were fantastic, and we saw everything we wanted to see. Had I know the status of the "roads" however, I would have chosen to fly from one part of the country to another as there appeared to be airline service within the country. I can't help but wonder if there weren't accommodations with air conditioning ("more stars"). The Arenal Kiora Hotel was fantastic.

I hadn't realized how important some knowledge of Spanish would be. Although tourism is supposed to be the country's biggest industry, once one leaves the guides, some of the drivers, and the hotel people, Spanish is truly the language and it was difficult without it many places. None-the-less you did a great job for us and I appreciate it. Thank you. Jim

Mauricio- We had a GREAT time with Melvin and the driver (I forget his name!!) Melvin is funny and entertaining and a wealth of knowledge about Costa Rica!! I would do it again and recommend this to anyone I know visiting Costa Rica. Thanks for a great time! Kathleen Burns.

Mauricio- Hello! Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time that we had! Costa Rica is a beautiful country filled with so many animals, flowers, trees , and beautiful volcanos. We really took advantage of our time there to see the land.

We took tours almost everyday and wish that we could have stayed even longer. The autobus drivers were always there at the stated time and were alot of fun to talk to. They would point out the local stuff and any towns or landmarks to us. It was like they were tour guides as well. They did an excellent job and were friendly and fun as well. Each one of our hotels was aware of our booking upon arrival and every check in and out was smooth. We loved all of the hotels, especially Arenal Kioro. They were all uniquely beautiful and had different tours and amenities available.

We were very happy with all of the work you did to make our "luna de miel" a wonderful and probably our favorite vacation ever! We will be recommending your website to any of our friends who want a fun filled vacation in Central America.If we decide to go back for an anniversary, we will be definately using your services. Mauricio, sorry it took me some time to get back to you- its taken some time for be to get back on the time zone and into real life. Our vacation in Costa Rica was perfect. The rental car worked out great - no complaints with the car or the company.

We also took them up on their 24 hr roadside service and had to use it when we locked our keys in the car (oops!) in Manuel Antonio. They came quickly and helped us out - overall great service from the car company. Lands in Love was really nice. It was totally secluded, which was perfect for our first night. The room had a gorgeous view and a humming bird feeder on the porch! Their food is great, and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

We did canopy there, actually and it was a bit expensive but it was a great experience. We had 3 guides, one of whom took pictures and made a disc for us after. we had a great time and its an experience i don't know if I'll ever get again! Arenal Paraiso was my favorite hotel by far. Our room was gorgeous, and there was fruit in the room waiting for us. The view from the room was front and center to the volcano. The pools were gorgeous and it was really nicely located - outside of the main strip, but close enough for dinner and nightlife.

I think I could have stayed in this hotel for a full week before moving on. Montana Monteverde was my least favorite hotel. The room was actually nice, with a nice view and a lot of privacy but the hotel grounds looks like a construction site. There were also problems with the plumbing, which wasn't great since we were there for 2 nights.

Casitas Eclipse in Manuel Antonio was fantastic. It was close to the beach and also close to some fun restaurants and nightlife. The staff was extremely helpful, the pools were beautiful, the grounds were well kept and the rooms were comfortable. We felt like they built the hotel without disturbing the natural surroundings - with lizards and butterflies and coconut trees all around the pool.

We loved this hotel. So that was our trip. It was a perfect week and thanks to you and Latin Discover, we were totally relaxed the entire time because we knew that we never had to worry about our plans. From the car to the hotels and everything in between, we knew that it was handled well, so that we could just enjoy our vacation. Also, I want to thank you for the unique, organized system you used with the websites. When we printed the pages of information, we had everything we needed from vouchers, to emergency information, phone numbers and driving instructions.

I can't think of a more convenient system for a better vacation. I look forward to the next time I can get to Latin America - and plan on recommending you to anyone I meet that is coming to the region. Thank you for everything. Best regards, Shira
