Nos gustó mucho la calidad del servicio que la agencia de Adobe Rent a Car nos facilitó, el auto estuvo acorde con las cualidades que esperábamos, y el telefono celular que la compañia nos ofreció por el alquiler del auto durante las 2 semanas estuvo Genial!!!. Mr. and Mrs. Palmer had a wonderful time loved their stay at Capitan Suizo -great service great daily breakfast with a wonderful selection- the car rental agency was there to meet them at the airport and also provided wonderful service..they will be recommending it to everyone. They loved how smooth everything went and the kind warm hospitality of everyone they came across in Costa Rica including the monkeys..they had a fabulous time ....No complaints at all...Thank you so much for all of your help. The trip was great and everything worked out well. Hopefully we can do it again soon. The hotels you selected worked out perfectly and the rental car transactions were flawless. Thanks so much for all of your help. My only recommendation would be that rooms at the Hotel Britannia be air conditioned. We had one of the interior rooms with no A/C and no window to the outside for fresh air. The room was pretty warm and stuffy. I'll be sure to recommend your services to our friends! Mauricio, thank you for helping us plan our trip to Costa Rica. We had a wonderful time, loved the people, countryside, birds and animals. We appreciated all of your suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arenal Volcano Inn and would recommend it highly. The staff was very helpful in helping us arrange our local trips and making our stay so pleasant.

We enjoyed the evening hike behind Arenal with Sunset Tours. We really enjoyed the drive up to Los Chiles and the boat ride on Rio Frio (Cano Negro). We were fortunate to have a very knowledgeable bird guide from La Fortuna on this trip: Geovani Bogarin. We would highly recommend him!

I also had a very nice massage at Tabacon. We enjoyed the Mariposa Conservatorio and Arenal Observatory. Monteverde was beautiful. We met our bird guide for the first morning at Santa Elena Reserve.

Then we went on a guided hike at Monteverde Reserve in the afternoon. That night we went on another hike to see animals. The next day, we took a long hike at Monteverde Reserve on our own. On our way back to San Jose, we stopped at Sarchi to see the carretas. The car rental agency, Adobe, was fantastic and the woman we worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We did not enjoy the intensely bumpy road to Monteverde. Yikes! Almost wished we had started at Monteverde and ended at the much more relaxing Arenal area. As you had recommended, we wish we had spent a day or two at the beach but we will save that for next time. Thank you so much Jon and Karen Ray

Mauricio: Good morning. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. As you know, we returned from Costa Rica on Saturday. On Sunday I got on another plane to begin a new job in Washington, DC. But I finally have a moment to tell you that the Costa Rica trip was incredible! A perfect vacation. Every aspect of the trip went smoothly. The accommodations were first-rate and the tours and activities you arranged were also excellent. I'm usually a do-it-yourself traveler, but it was a true luxury to have Latin Discover make all the arrangements. You took good care of us on this trip and I look forward to returning to see more of Costa Rica! best, Dan McGirt

Sandra, our Costa Rica trip was really fun. We were both so amazed by the beauty of the country and the friendliness of the people. In retrospect I am so thankful I had you folks help coordinate our trip.

All the transfers and bookings were really nice and very convenient. Since I only had 8 days and this was my first trip I definitely feel I got to see and do as much as I could have in the short time. Mauricio, Thank you so very much for all of your help in planning our Costa Rica trip. We travel a lot and this was the best trip we have taken so far. I have told everyone I know about the wonderful experience we had with the open voucher.

Our experience with the Volcano Lodge, Hotel Clara Luna and Hotel Tango Mar was exceptional! We did run into a problem at Hotel Cariblue, but it was a blessing because we had the best experience at La Costa de Papito. We are looking forward for our next "Pura Vida" Costa Rica experience and we will definitely use the open voucher. Please commend all of your staff and yourself for such a job well done!! Mauricio Many thanks for a well orgainised vacation. There were no problems with any of the arrangements. We particularly liked the confirmatory pick-up messages from Adobe and Mawamba Lodge The hotels you suggested met our requirements perfectly. I can thoroughly recommend your organisation. I would however, like to make one suggestion. A guide to tipping in Costa Rica, who and how much, would be a useful addition to the individual web sites. The rental went very smoothly and the RAV 4 proved to be the perfect vehicle for a family of four traveling throughout Costa Rica. Mauricio, Our trip to Costa Rica was a great adventure! We are sharing our pictures and experiences with all our friends and family. We do plan on returning next year for vacation, but want to stay longer. I only had one problem and it was my fault. I left both our cell phones at the Flamingo Marina Resort, I had taken them out of the luggage to charge them for our return home.

We called the Resort many times, but were not able to recover the phones. Other than that, the total experience was our best ever. Many of our friends are interested in the open voucher. Thanks, Sandy Talley
